The Role
Supporting the team with resourcing candidates for nurseries and early years settings
Delivering the end to end recruitment process for some national contract and permanent roles
Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements
Seek out, manage and maintain our database of candidates
Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
Resource candidates from job boards, social media and relevant sources
Meeting clients and candidates - face to face and virtual
