Position Overview & Specifications
We are an Ecommerce company supplying vehicle accessories based on the Slough Trading Estate, looking for the right candidate to join our hard working team.
Summary of Position:
Processing orders and invoices.
Answering telephone calls
Taking orders over the phone
Handling customer enquiries
Data entry and updating of systems and spreadsheets
Monitoring and optimising stock levels
Picking and packing orders
Abilities:
Experience working with Amazon and eBay.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE 50)
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Contribute additional value, ability to think laterally
Must be good working under pressure to tight time scale
Must be organised and efficient
Knowledge of ecommerce would be advantageous.
Salary: competitive
