Our home, Pine Tree Court , is a lovely residential home in Gloucester, we are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs to keep our facilities tidy and functional. Responsibilities include:
Perform minor repairs
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Inspect and repair damage in the building
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Hours and rate of pay to be discussed at interview.
