Alchemy is thrilled to be working with an internationally established Contemporary Art gallery in London. They want an ambitious, friendly and professional art technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with art handling at the gallery & warehouse
Responsible for inventory checks, condition report checking
Handling the installations at the gallery, at art fairs and at some private clients’ houses
Packing and unpacking of art works for exhibitions and shipping
Assisting with exhibition tasks and ad-hoc admin
Key requirements:
Previous experience at a commercial gallery or auction house
Art handling experience beneficial
Interest in Contemporary Art
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar beneficial
