Position Overview & Specifications
Time-served manual turner required. Some CNC experience an advantage. The suitable candidate will have a proven background in sub-contract precision machining, with the ability to produce components from engineering drawings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Producing machined parts by reading a drawing, setting and operating a manual lathe, maintaining quality and safety standards.
To work from customer drawings and specifications to produce components to tolerance.
Checking work meets quality and company standards at all times.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4.00 pm and Friday 7 am to 13.30 pm.
