Position Overview & Specifications
We're looking for a Admin Assistant to join our busy team at Baileys Wholesale, Lydbrook.
Previous experience would be useful but not a necessity as full training will be given.
The role
Liasing with other stores to ensure correct stock is being booked in Putting stock onto the system accuratly Preparing invoices for wholesale customers Conversing with the Customers and other stores via WhatsApp General admin: filling, answering phone calls, assisting directors. The candidate:
Excellent customer service skills Good I.T skills Able to use WhatsApp Confident, professional and friendly approach _Monday-Friday
