We are seeking a Kitchen Porter at the Brig o'Doon House Hotel.
Your duties will include:
Cleaning of all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils within the kitchen area Cleaning of kitchen areas as instructed General preparing of food as instructed by Head Chef All other duties as directed by the Head Chef In order to be successful candidates must possess:
Experience as kitchen porter or cleaning preferred but not essential Hard working and reliable Willing to learn Professionally presented Flexible due to nature of shift work and weekends What you'll get in return:
