What is the role?
Joining us as an Arcade Manager, you will play an integral part in the Arcade success by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike. You will be:
Fully accountable for the Arcades performance.
Delegation of tasks to staff when applicable
Implementing a culture of exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
Responsible for maximising profit and growing the business
Ensure excellent store presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
Sufficiently manage the team within the company’s policies and procedures
Bringing new ideas to grow the business
Who are we looking for?
We are wanting to hear from you if you have previous management experience in a customer facing role alongside a can-do, customer focused attitude. You will be:

Experienced ideally in a customer-facing role

IT literate, especially excel.
