We are currently working with a Large Financial Services company that is looking to hire multiple Complaint Handlers on a project clearing a large backlog of cases and helping improve the overall complaints function.

A Complaint Handler in the Glasgow area?
Experienced in working within regulated market?
Someone with end to end service-related complaints experience?
Available in April?
