Position Overview & Specifications
Basic salary plus monthly bonus
Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Main purpose of job
Providing service to retail and motor trade customers
Advising customers on what parts they may need for their vehicle
Processing of orders in person, over the phone or by email
Stock management and warehouse training
About you
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members
Have excellent combination skills both verbal and written
Ability to accurately record relevant information
Ability to receive and register payment for parts ordered, accurately and precisely
Up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation
Up-to-date knowledge of computerised recording procedures
IT literate
