Job description:
- To be fully customer centric at all times whilst also multi-tasking
Maintain stock replenishment levels within the store to maximise on shelf availability, and stock management operational controls
Proactive learning approach to complete the internal Induction course to ensure you are qualified to advise ourcustomers with all of their needs by hitting the company training benchmarks
To be able to interact with customers by offering a consultative approach and recommendation to select products in store or to place orders online
Work as a team to influence achieving daily goals
Confidence to offer additional products
All the training hours and qualification is paid
