Create sales invoices Enter purchase ledger invoices Maintain purchase ledger records Filing & Archiving data Deal with staff expenses & petty cash Assist with management accounts preparation Analyse jobs to ensure costs have been re-charged Check timesheet information & import it into accounts system Other ad-hoc accounting assistance What we’d like from you
AAT Qualified or 2-3 years’ relevant experience Previous experience in an accounts based role Analytical skills Excellent written & spoken communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Products What’s in it for you
