Job description
Ensuring all monies are banked on a daily basis in accordance with Company procedure and ensuring any Sales/Vehicle/Purchase/Nominal Ledger transfers are completed according to company procedure.
Processing all relevant transactions including warranty credit notes and Sales Ledger invoices and ensuring payments are made in line with supplier’s terms
Reconciling all individual purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
Undertaking all training and development to improve job-related skills
Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all Retail personnel
Providing the Financial Controller with necessary cashflow data
Ensuring all work completed complies with JCB Group, manufacturer and industry guidelines
