Position Overview & Specifications
The ideal candidate will be able to work with a Tracheostomy girl who is 5 years old. In addition to providing excellent care, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain current knowledge of nursing procedures and new developments in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Complete a nursing assessment and charting.
Assess patient's needs, maintaining proper documentation of the assessment.
Participate in discharge planning for patients who are being discharged from the hospital.
Document clinical/administrative decisions and support them with related rationale.
Perform advanced nursing procedures including tracheal suctioning
Work as part of a team or independently to provide competent care to patients.
Take patient to school via the transport provide
