Part-Time Seeking a qualified, individual to oversee intellectually disabled adults in the Hayward area. Candidates must have a flexible schedule, and schedule their week according to priority and needs of the clients.$27.00-30.00 DOE. Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor of Arts degree in a social services or human services discipline and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a leadership or management capacity as required by State and Federal regulations, and the approval from D.D.S. in writing that the requirements for the position are met and approved.
Ability to perform all duties pursuant to all State and Federal statutes governing ICF/DD-H and/or ICF/DD-N facilities covered by Title 22 (State) and CMS (Federal) regulations..
