We are looking for an enthusiastic head chef to join our small but busy family run business, who can deliver attractive A la Carte food at our riverside bar & bistro.
To be accountable for:
Recruiting and training other kitchen staff
Maintaining ordering and controlling food stocks within a budget
COSHH, FOOD SAFETY, H&S, legal regulations
Candidates must have:
Experience of successfully managing a team
Experience and be capable of ordering correctly & stock control
Be a team player
Interest in customer service
Must be able to work:
Weekends
Bank holidays
All special occasions
