Musts:

Xero and or QuickBooks experienced and certified
Experience in a similar role, with multiple clients, for a firm of Accountants
Excellent email, telephone, and video meeting communications
Advantageous:
AAT level 4 - MAAT or part-qualified ACA/ACCA
