Role Title: Business Analyst

-Strong Software Development life cycle experience including understanding of testing (which will be involved in usability testing)
-Excellent experience with content managed system project, experience in digital transformation large program

Detailed Job Description:
-Work within an Agile team, delivering Digital Products.
-Analyze, discuss and document new functionalities.
-Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog.
-Collaborate with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience.
-Create and document testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals.
-Run user and regression tests to ensure high product quality.
-Assist the Product Owner with stakeholder communication and management.
-Analyze and monitor the market and the competition.
-Participate in ideation sessions for new Products or Functionalities.
-Contribute to the product community by sharing knowledge and energy.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media or similar field preferred
-Experience working on complex software projects / products with the ability to analyze and make decisions with minimum amount of information
-Strong Software Development life cycle experience including understanding of testing (which will be involved in usability testing)
-Business modeling and workflow experience is preferred
-Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills - Communicating in a clear, effective and professional manner to address client and end user needs
