Position Overview & Specifications
Naturalight Systems are a Northumberland based Rooflight and Structural Glazing manufacture looking for a energetic charge hand to run our Rooflight Department. The successful candidate will report directly to the production manager.
Key Objectives for the role:
Ensure production targets are met whilst maintaining company quality standards, with performance reported weekly
Ensure timely completion of all production paperwork
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
The successful candidate must demonstrate
Hands on approach
Positive attitude with a hunger and desire to develop own skills
Flexibility towards overtime as and when required
Ability to motivate team
Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 , Friday 08:00-15:00
Rate £12.83 per hour plus daily differential payment
