Staff Nurse – Accident and Emergency (Ref: 146255)
Substantive Post
Part-time – 22 hours per week
Band 5 - Salary Range £30,229 - £37,664 per annum (pro-rata)
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,256 per annum (pro-rata)
Relocation Assistance of up to £4,000 is available
We are looking to appoint a Registered Nurse with post registration nursing experience – current A&E nursing experience would be desirable but is not essential. You will participate in the treatment of patients in A&E, where we will strive to give patients an excellent standard of care in an extremely busy environment that is both challenging and rewarding. You will learn many new skills and enable patients to have the best possible standard of care.
You will have good communication skills and be willing to undertake extended role developments and mentor preparation. In your application you should demonstrate evidence of self-directed learning for development of clinical skills. There is a commitment to do rotational night duty.
