We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's newest and best value retailer, we are on the lookout for a customer -centric driven and passionate supervisor to join our fast paced retail team.
The key responsibilities are:
training and developing retail colleagues
back office responsibilities and administration
adhering to all legal processes such as health and safety compliance
process cash banking
creating a positive environment for both staff and customers
visual merchandising and replenishment
loss prevention
The successful applicant will:
have experience within another value retailer
be able to part of a team creating a fantastic working and shopping environment
have a track record of working within an extremely fast paced, high turnover retail environment
be able to coach and develop staff
be able to demonstrate customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £8.06-£9.80 per hour
