Job Description
The main duties of the role will involve:-
Updating clients regarding updates on policies.
First point of contact for all bookings queries.
Liaising with internal staff members to update them on surgeries.
Providing advice to customers on polices.
Working hours- 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm (alternating weeks)
