Position Overview & Specifications
Urgent new role, FULLY REMOTE
Immediate start
My client is a well known public institute with a HQ in London. This role is fully remote.
Bank reconciliations
Reconciliation of GoCardless
Reconciliation of SagePay
Reconciliation of Paypal
Reconciliation of the Fixed Assets and accounting for new additions, disposals, etc
Reconciliation of the Creditors analysis
Assisting with month end reconciliations and helping to improve current templates
Assisting with the VAT returns
Assisting with processing financial transactions, for example general journals, payroll journals, balance sheet journals etc
The successful candidate will come from a strong finance background with excellent knowledge of reconciliations.
Knowledge of working with different income streams and multiple payment platforms
Understanding and experience of reconciling the Creditors analysis and what action is required to correct balances
Preference would be to have someone with charity finance background
Advanced user of Excel and is able to demonstrate attention to detail
Knowledge of Business Central would be a great advantage
