Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse is essential

Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
Administering medication and treatments
Assessing and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
Ensuring compliance with ask relevant regulations and standards

Pro Assist Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistant to provide care and support to residents in their homes in the Cheshire area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a health care setting and will hold a Care Certificate. An NVQ Health and Social Care Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
