Position Overview & Specifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine molecular biology techniques including DNA isolation, PCR, DNA assembly, transformation, plasmid preparation, WB, SDS-Page, etc.
Perform routine cellular biology techniques including various cancer cell lines culture, plasmid transfection, stable cell line generation/identification.
Manage inventory of required materials.
QC materials required for daily operations.
Maintain timely documentation of laboratory work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
BS or MS in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, cell biology or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a molecular and cellular biology laboratory
Mastery of cell culture/aseptic techniques is desirable.
Experience with and deep understanding of antibody production is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
