Position Overview & Specifications
Location: Sheffield
Salary £21,673.60 – £23,000 per annum for a 40-hour week (+benefits package)
The position is currently a minimum of 20 hours over 3 days up to a maximum of 40 hours over 5 days with flexible working hours and days to suit the right candidate and will be based at our Sheffield office. This is a new position within our Sheffield office to assist with the general day-to-day operations within RammSanderson and our wider Operations Team whilst assisting with the running of the local office, which is rapidly expanding.
Key duties include:
Managing the office and vehicles based there.
Looking after surveying kit, including checking it in and out and general maintenance.
Assisting the team with their office administration.
Liaising with the team to create invoices for work carried out by them / managed by them on a monthly basis.
Checking incoming mail.
General duties:
Logging enquiries and setting up jobs.
Liaising with the wider admin team at our other offices and providing general cover for holidays, etc
A strong mathematical mind with good analytical skills is essential.
