Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with meal preparation and feeding

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report to the supervisor
