Position Overview & Specifications
NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB) is looking to recruit a Health Inclusion Project Officer. This is a role that will provide project support to the COVID 19 and wider vaccination services as well as the wider equity of access, such as displaced people. The role will have a strong focus on delivering the COVID 19 vaccinations for the nationally led Autumn/Winter and Spring programmes. As an integral part of the Quality, Safety and Improvement Directorate the post will contribute to improving outcomes in population health and healthcare through tackling inequalities in outcomes, experience and access to services.
We are looking for a professional, energetic and ambitious individual to join our team. This is a busy role where you will be empowered to use your initiative to support the delivery of the COVID 19/ Vaccinations programmes as well as the wider health inclusions work streams. You will need to be able manage multiple priorities, work well independently, and have experience of delivering projects in support of complex programmes.
In return we can offer a very supportive team that is based on the organisational principles and values of the ICB.
