Duties include:
Preparing and plating all dishes to a consistent, high-standard.
making waffles, crepes, lunches, milkshakes and coffees.
Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in our, newly refurbished, state of the art kitchen.
Keeping on top of current food trends, utilizing your knowledge to assist management in developing new menu items..
Monitoring stock and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Schedule:
Our opening hours will be:
8-5pm Monday - Thursday
8-8pm Friday and Saturday
12-4pm Sunday
salary will depend on your experience
start date beginning November
