We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated and professional individual to join our Training team on full time basis.
Responsibilities
Delivering comprehensive training to our new technicians
Upskilling our current employees with enhanced training
Developing our Training Programme to consistently ensure it fits in line with our high standards and service expectations
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beauty Trainer
Someone who has high standards with meticulous attention to detail
Adept at dealing with a fast paced, changing environment
Can deliver on short and long term goals
A confident communicator
