Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead a team at an Italian restaurant opening soon in Hartlepool! You will be a key part of the team, and will lead the Front of House staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
Greeting & Seating customers
Directing and managing waiting staff
Scheduling staff shifts, writing rotas
Taking bookings
Liaison with kitchen staff
Learning and understanding the food, drinks & cocktail menu
Handling customer queries and complaints
Able to train wait staff
Experience required:
Previous experience in this role or many years in the industry as a whole
Health & Safety adherence and documentation
Food Safety adherence
Experience managing front of house staff
This role offers a starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 according to your previous experience, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
