Customer Service Advisor - Full Time/Permanent Glasgow City Centre £23,000 Hybrid working after initial training is complete
We are currently recruiting for a client who are a leading business within the communications industry. They are an award winning company and leading provider within several business markets.
Role:
You will be speaking to clients via phone, live chat and email
You will act as the prime customer contact point for all query types
Keeping clients up to date throughout
Escalating issues in a timely manner
Handle and resolve end to end customer enquiries aiming for a first time fix
Clearly communicate timelines
Liaise with internal teams
Actively manage the back office/admin to make sure that customer service levels are met
