Position Overview & Specifications
We are hiring a Sales Assistant to be responsible for supporting the successful sales effort of a High Street electronic cigarette retailer. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Work on the frontline of the store interacting with customers.
Process returns, refunds and exchanges.
Stock inventory and place stock in appropriate areas of the store.
Demonstrate various products to customers.
Closely observe items to notice price changes or missing items.
Answer customers' questions about all merchandise service areas in the store, including electronics, hardware, and juice.
Monitor activity in the store to ensure that customers are being attended to promptly;.
